We specialize in freeze-dried candy and related products.

Because our items are made in small batches:

  • Product appearance may vary
  • Colors, size, texture, or puff level can differ slightly between batches
  • Photos on the site are for illustration only

We make every effort to describe products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors or details exactly as they appear in person.


4. Food Allergy Notice

Our freeze-dried candy may include ingredients produced in facilities that also process:

  • Eggs
  • Peanuts
  • Tree nuts
  • Soy
  • Wheat
  • Gelatin
  • Food dyes (including Red 40, Yellow 5/6, Blue 1)

If you have food allergies or sensitivities, you are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and consuming at your own risk.


5. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Suspicion of fraud or misuse
  • Compliance with local laws or shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an incorrect price is listed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.


7. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship orders promptly. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Holidays
  • High-volume seasons

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping company.

If your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.


8. Meltable & Fragile Products

Freeze-dried candy is delicate and can break, crumble, or settle during shipping. Some pieces may arrive broken—this is normal and not considered damage.

We do not guarantee arrival of products in perfect shape.

During warm weather, certain items may melt or become sticky. By ordering during hot temperatures, you accept this risk.


9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if a product arrives incorrect or defective, email us at casimirsweetspot@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will review the issue case-by-case.


10. User Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You agree not to share your login credentials
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love every treat you purchase from us. Because most of our products are perishable, please read the guidelines below.


Perishable Items

We cannot accept returns on any food items, including candy, freeze-dried candy, or ice cream products. This ensures safety and quality for all customers.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, melted, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been fulfilled. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.


In-Store Purchases

All in-store food purchases are final. If there is an issue with a product purchased in-store, please visit or contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.


Shipping Issues

Once your package is handed to USPS, delivery timing is outside our control. If a package is lost or shows no movement, contact us and we will help troubleshoot the issue and provide next steps.


For melted or heat-affected items, we will work with you individually to determine a fair solution based on the product type and weather conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

– Perishable products

– Opened or partially consumed items

– Gift cards

– Seasonal or clearance items
